How to Delete Your Account
1. In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the app:
- Open the Kheti Karo app.
- Go to the Menu/Profile section.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.
2. Contact Support
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing us:
- Email: drf01333@gmail.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request – Kheti Karo, DRF Home Services
- Required Info: Please provide the mobile number or email address used to register your account.
What Happens Next?
- Personal Data: Your name, contact details, and profile information will be permanently removed from our active databases.
- App Activity: All historical data related to your use of Kheti Karo will be erased.
- Retention: We only retain data that we are legally required to keep for regulatory or financial auditing purposes.
- Timeline: Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
